In the past 14 years, global search engine Google has gone from two employees to over thirty-two thousand. As the tech giant is at the forefront of making people decisions, a productive workforce is crucial and the company believes employee satisfaction is the key. To ensure Googlers maintain healthy and happy enough to stay engaged in their work, Googleplex (Googles headquarters in Mountain View, California) not only provides free quality cuisine every mealtime with 19 different places to eat, there are also many other conveniences, including a gym, a hair salon, a laundry room, massage therapy, child care and onsite doctors for free employee checkups.

Dialogue Example:

(Employee Benefits) Jessica and Matt are friends. They are talking about the employee benefits offered at Google. Lets listen to their conversation.

Matt: I would love to work for Google.

Jessica: Why? Just because it is a big company?

Matt: No! Havent you heard? The employee perks are incredible!

Jessica: Oh really? Whats so incredible about them?

Matt: The company hires people analysts to analyze the personality tests of employees, evaluate their benefits and then adapt them to the needs of the employees.

Jessica: Wow, tailored benefits, I like that. So what benefits are there exactly?

Jessica: Youre right! Who wouldnt want to work at such an amazing office? Lets google the company and see if there are any job openings!
